What an interesting place!! We had our own guide for 2 hours, got to see so many "big cats" from bobcats to tigers that weighed several hundred pounds, and learned a whole lot about big cats in general and this great refuge. In many cases the cats were so close to the fence it was impossible to get photos with out the wire showing, but we made the most of it. Leopard Lion, this one lives with a White Tiger Leopard on the move Snow leopard, we were fortunate to see this one because he is usually in his air conditioned cave. This shot will give an idea of how close we were to some of the cats.

Wow. Seeing that last shot makes ME realize how close we were. No wonder I felt like I was lunch.
These are great shots, Jean. Glad you got the snow leopard - my shots of him are horrible.

Greg - I see you found the info about Big Cat Rescue on the FL Wildlife site. If you need more specifics, just email me. When are you heading back to the great northeast?
