Thanks to Old ned on the other forum i have gotten the name of this bird. They have distinct habit of bobbing their tails. they usually are alone as theses were. I went out to Ozello and was looking for a Bald Eagle which i found and messed up getting his flight photo. settle for these. Ozello may be a place the group could go.
