A few months ago i saw this cardinal which had damage to his beak. Sunday he was back to feeder and he is very sick. He has lost one eye and more of his beak is gone. At one time he was leader of the pack. But no longer. When you see his good side you could not tell he has some problems. When he heard the shutter he had to turn his head around to see out the good eye.
