I searched the internet and learned that it will be 19-21 days for incubation. I guess I need to plan another trip in a couple of weeks.

Maureen, This nest is on the west side of a Palm Tree where the Anhingas are nesting (GBH are also nesting there and on the other side of the road). The only way to get a good photograph is with late afternoon lighting. In the morning the nest is in deep shadows..........

Thanks for the tip, Ira. I haven't visited Viera in the late afternoon. I may have to give it a try. i'd love to see the GH babies.
