I drove down to Circle B in Lakeland today. What a place!

Circle B is a great place, but I'll warn you - it's an exposure nightmare. The lighting varies dramatically from one area to the next and from one side of the trail/pathway to the other. Invariably many of my shots are underexposed and just as many are overexposed. The camera metering system is relatively useless. It is also a wonderful place to test your skills with BIFs.

I would like to go back soon and practice practice practice. So, maybe we can talk about this as one of our group field trips. It's an early one though - I left my house at 5:00am this morning.

I can set the alarm and be up and at'em if the reason is good enough and that sort of place could do it (once in a while). Setting the alarm once in a while makes me appreciate all the days I don't have to set it!
